Complimentary Vouchers are valid for 6 months only. Paid vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Not transferable
May not be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
No cash will be given as change
Treatments exceeding the value of a voucher will be for the client’s account
Voucher only valid on presentation
All prices include VAT.
Where a recipient chooses not to accept the voucher, they forfeit any and all claims to that voucher

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time, if a treatment is not cancelled 24 hrs prior, the full treatment fee will apply.
